Subscription payments for COVIS AI are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payments and issues refunds in accordance with this policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with COVIS AI for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Every request made within this window is refunded in full.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include the email address registered to your account and your order or invoice number
- We acknowledge every refund request within 1 business day
- Once confirmed, we submit the refund to our payment provider for processing

How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to reach you depends on your payment provider:

- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your portal settings or by emailing info@covis.ai
- Cancelling stops all future renewals and charges
- You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for
