Covis is built for two kinds of customers. Companies get a dedicated portal on their own subdomain, with team collaboration, project management, and shared AI agents. Individuals get a personal workspace at app.covis.ai, designed for freelancers and solo operators who still need the same intelligence stack.

Covis identifies opportunities, drafts expert replies for your conversations, reads buying intent, and helps you send stronger proposals. Once a deal is won, the same system plans the work, assigns the team, and tracks delivery so winning a client and delivering the work stay connected.

Vio is the Covis AI assistant. On the public site, Vio can answer questions about the platform. Inside a tenant portal, Vio works with your company knowledge, conversations, and projects so your team can ask for drafts, summaries, and next steps without leaving Covis.

Covis offers subscription plans for companies and for individuals, with monthly and yearly billing. Plans include trial access so you can evaluate the product before you commit. See the Pricing page for current plan limits, features, and trial terms.

Yes. Eligible plans include a free trial so you can explore the workspace, AI agents, and delivery tools before billing starts. Trial length and included tokens depend on the plan you choose. Details are on the Pricing page and in the Free Trial, Billing & Refund Policy.

Create an account from the Sign Up page, choose a Company or Individual plan, and verify your email. Companies receive a subdomain such as yourcompany.covis.ai. Individuals get a personal workspace. You can also contact us if you want help choosing a plan or onboarding a team.

Covis is operated by XEVEN SOLUTIONS PVT LTD. We collect and process account, billing, and workspace data to provide the service, with subprocessors for payments and AI features. Retention, deletion, cookies, and your privacy rights are documented in our Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy, and Data Deletion Policy.

Yes. You can request account or workspace deletion, and we also support GDPR erasure requests. The Data Deletion Policy explains the steps, timelines, what is removed, and what may be retained when the law requires it.

Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. You can cancel to stop future renewals. Refund eligibility, trial conversion, and exceptions are described in the Free Trial, Billing & Refund Policy. For billing questions, email info@covis.ai.
